Defense Reform Consensus 2.0

I was proud to join 38 scholars from a broad array of think tanks in signing a second letter to Congress and DoD calling for much needed reforms in defense.  Like our first letter in 2013, the three areas called out are military compensation reform, DoD civilian workforce reform, and base closures.  Without these three reforms, DoD will continue to waste precious resources that could be better utilized for our national defense.  Click here to read the letter, and click on the image below to watch a video of the event we held on Capitol Hill.
